I have often said that elections have consequences. One of those consequences is that Presidents get to name Supreme Court Justices.
The current make up of this Court is 5 conservative and 4 liberal judges.
This Monday the Supreme Court will begin to determine if it should look into the Constitutionality of Obama care. It has the option of delaying any decision until 2015, after the program has started, or to decide on it now.
President Obama's recent Supreme Court appointment has disqualified herself from this decision (to her credit) because she was involved in its creation. This means that Conservatives outnumber Liberals on this decision 5 to 3.
Strict interpretation of the Constitution should make this a slam dunk against Obama. To do otherwise would give the Federal government the power to make us do anything it wants us to do, thereby relegating us to just another third world, no freedom country.
If the Supreme Court decides FOR Obama care or even if it postpones any decision to the future we have our answer as to whether or not we are being hoodwinked by our government.

The Imperial Presidency will fund the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt
Congress has halted to transfer of one and a half BILLION dollars to Egypt because of the Muslim Brotherhood not furthering democracy in that country.
Hillary Clinton will circumvent Congress (as it does quite regularly) by certifying that Egypt has fulfilled it's contractual obligations to Israel.

That oil belongs to US, Mr Obama
I have been advocating the paying of royalties directly to the citizens of the US ever since I found out that Alaska does this, about 6 months ago.
The other night, Lou Dobbs went on record as stating the same thing. The oil companies should directly pay the owners of the oil (that would be us) not the Federal government.
I will take it one step further. All the oil production should be used to provide the US with all its needs BEFORE being allowed to export it. Everyone talks about it being a global market as though nothing can be done to change it. The other thing that needs to be done is to get rid of Obama so that we can once again begin drilling for oil on Federal lands.
P.S. Obama claims that oil production is up since he took office. He says this as though he had something to do with it. He did NOT. The oil exploration that is now taking place is all due to the Bush administration because it takes a few years to gear up and drill for oil. Obama is lying to our faces. Furthermore, all in increased production occurring today comes from PRIVATE land. Production of oil from Federal land has decreased dramatically under Obama, and his lies don't change that fact.

Voter Fraud in Texas
The Democrats have a long history of voter fraud dating back to the 1960 election of JFK.
Now, the Justice Dept has stopped a Texas law which requires voters in Texas to provide ID. Imagine. There are people in this country who believe that people don't have to prove that they have the right to vote because it may cause a hardship on them. Isn'tthat the same a sying that anyone can vote in our elections?
Is it any wonder that my head explodes whenever a left winger opens their mouth?
We need more than a change in Presidents or in Party. We need a revoluton folks!

Oil drilling in the Gulf
President Obama continues to prevent drilling on federally owned land while saying that oil production is up in the US. That increase is in privately owned land but Obama doesn't mention that. He is also preventing much needed drilling in the Gulf of Mexico using environmental concerns as his excuse. Let me ask Mr. Obama a question. Cuba has signed agreements with China and other countries to allow these countries to drill in the Gulf. Should we allow these countries to take the oil from our shores while prohibiting US companies from doing so? .....and who, Mr. President, will clean up our shores if the Chinese have a mishap like we had last year? I haven't heard anyone, not even on Fox News, screaming about this potential disaster.
Let's get real. What's Obama's REAL reason for not let the US increase oil production? Why has he repeatedly turned down the Keystone pipeline? There are hundreds of pipelines already in operation in the US, none of which have ever caused a major incident. There are obviously other motives for this tyrant President's war on energy production.
